Resort Policies

To hold your reservation, a deposit of $400 per week per cabin is required within 10 days. Cabin #5 is $500 deposit and cabins #7 & #9 are$700 deposit.

Cancellation policy: Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. Deposits are refundable less a $50 handling charge if notice is received 90 days prior to arrival or if cabin can be re-rented. If notice is received less than 90 days you are responsible for the base rate of the cabin rental.

Our daily cabin rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate.

Rate for additional people: $125/pp/week. Children to age five: $60/each/week. Extra daily guests will be charged $30/person. If you choose to bring your pet, it will be an additional $200.

10% discount during the month of May – 20% discount from last week of August through September – Minimum of 3 nights

Short stays are available – minimum 2 nights – please call or email to find out availability.

All rates are subject to Minnesota taxes: 7.375% Sales & 3% Lodging

If paying with a credit card a 3.25% service fee will be added. There will be no fee if paying with a check or cash.

CHECK-IN: Sat. after 3:00 PM
CHECK OUT: Sat. before 8:30 AM

To check cabin availability you must enter a Saturday to Saturday date to see what’s open. If you would like a different time frame you will need to call 800-321-9340 or email headolake@gmail.com.
